David’s 35 years of professional kitchen experience as the Italian chef pleased customers with joy and happiness. His position as the executive chef at San Jose’s prestigious restaurant furthered his career to open the first branch of Sambuca Bistro in San Diego. He opened his second location in Laguna Niguel and soon to expand the third location.
